How to Relocate the Tailgate Backup Camera on a 2023 Ford Super Duty

For the 2023 year-model, Ford equipped standard bed Super Duty trucks with two different types of rear cameras that include a traditional analog camera for basic backup camera functionality, or a digital (LVDS) camera for vehicles with basic backup camera functionality or a 360-degree surround-view camera system capable of showing the truck on the in-dash monitor from all sides at once. These cameras use different types of connectors and it is important to identify which connector the vehicle uses for its video signal before ordering a camera relocation kit.
