How to Relocate the Tailgate Backup Camera on a 2021-2023 Ford F-150

For the 2021 year-model, Ford began using two different types of rear cameras on the F-150 which include a traditional analog camera or an updated digital (LVDS) camera. These cameras use different types of connectors and it is important to identify which connector the vehicle uses for its video signal before ordering a camera relocation kit.
